Privacy & relaxation are the heart of this beautiful farmhouse located just a few miles on the outskirts of town. With a beautiful porch for relaxing in the morning or evening, great kitchen and living area, you can certainly find comfort away from home in this dreamy farm house property. You can see views for days from every window in the home and find yourself loving the special touches of detail this home has to offer. Plus, enjoy the new hot tub! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

The Space:
- 1 king bed, 2 queen beds - Sleeps 6!
- Full Kitchen plus coffee maker and kettle! (Note: Please DO NOT take the Stonewall Tumblers, those are to remain at the house during guest stays.)
- Washer/Dryer available!
- Indoor Fireplace, BYO firewood
- BBQ Grill, BYO Charcoal
- 3 Smart TV's with streaming services (1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom and 1 outside in the casita)
- 2 back bedrooms there is a door that connects them. Hall bathroom is outside the rooms and has a bathtub.
- Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks
- Pack-n-play + portable high chair are provided
- For the kiddos, a separate hideout shed for some extra fun and entertainment!

Please note: there are stairs going up to the front porch and down to the back area. Also, the house is fully wired fenced, but still be cautious of your pets.

Guests have access to the entire house, backyard and hot tub.

- This property does allow pets. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night (plus taxes) and up to 2 pets max with a 35 lb limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please pick up after your pet(s).

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

Valentines weekend

Although this house can easily fit a family, it was perfect for me and my husband. We had a great day and were able to barbecue a great dinner. Watch some deer, hang out in the hot tub and just relax.. also had a great day in town which wasn’t a far drive. And by the way, the linens are fabulous!I can’t wait to go back!

What a beautiful piece of property & home! I was pleasantly surprised with the old rustic charm down to the doors & knobs themselves, reminding me of my childhood! In the words of my mother in law ‘can we just move this home to NM’?!? Highly recommended this home and that’s exactly what it is, a ‘home’ not just a house!
