Second time to rent

We had stayed at this property during the summer and were able to rent it again for a Thanksgiving visit. We knew the kitchen and table could accommodate our family. There is a Walgreens and HEB close by and Main Street is a short drive. We had an issue with a heater, but thankfully we were able to fix it ourselves before the first night.

Great house near the center of Fred.

We stayed with our family and had plenty of room for everyone. The 2 sitting areas came in handy for those who didn’t want to watch cartoons! The kitchen was spacious and we were easily able to cook a few meals. The split designed worked well for us! The one step inside the house would have made it difficult for older people. We will be saving this listing!

This was a great place they have lots of sitting areas and options. If you want to be together or separate. They have a lovely outdoor deck w a separate fire pit sitting area. Love the ambiance of the place. All around it was a great place to stay.

SUPER cute house with comfy beds, great location!

We stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip, absolutely LOVED the house! The memory foam beds were very comfortable (except the twin daybed) and the house is well-stocked with cookware and dishes. Only 3 mins from HEB and Lost Draw! My only complaint was the check-in process... I had to call the management company as check-in info wasn't sent on time, and the "contact the owner" link was broken.

Perfect Location

This house was beautiful, clean, and had a fully stocked kitchen ready for us to cook and clean as needed. The property was close to Main street, and had the right amount of space we needed for 6 adults and 2 children. We used the outside fireplace at night on their cute deck! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning as well as a late night snack. It was super clean and easy to get in and out of. 100% recommend this place! Thanks for the lovely time!

Great communication with the owner! Cutest house EVER! They really thought of every detail and amenity possible, all 9 of us were thoroughly impressed. We had so much fun cooking dinners in the kitchen and having game night on the deck! We enjoyed our weekend so much- looking forward to coming back very soon!

Comfortable Community Space

Our family was looking for a place to have a "family getaway" for our UK family that was in town to visit. We were looking forward to a property with community areas as well as comfortable rooms for people to retreat to when needed. This property excelled in both of these areas! The kitchen had every utensil we needed to prepare meals, the dining table comfortably sat eight and was great space for games, and the outdoor porch was our favorite place to hang out together at the beginning and end of the day. Fredericksburg in March - April has beautiful weather as well as avoids the summer influx of visitors 😉 My only complaint was that I reached out to the rental company that must run this house and I didn't hear back from them when I had questions. They did give timely updates and information on what we would need to check in, but I would have appreciated being responded to. Overall, we would absolutely come back to this property for a girl's weekend, a family getaway, or even a multi-couple retreat. The space is incredibly comfortable and there is everything you could need (just pack your clothes!)

We had a great experience at this property! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Our only downside was the walkability of it. We found it too far from downtown on foot but an Uber worked just fine. I would definitely recommend this cute house!

Great weekend getaway

House location is great, close to Main Street. Very clean, great amenities. Lovely deck for gathering. Overall a great place to spend a few days. We were a family group of kids and adults. Kids room has giant bed and two twins. Adults split up in the three other bedrooms. Would stay here again.
