Property needs a a revised description and amenities

Two major things about this property give misinformation. 1. Location: Even though nearby location places are listed one thing’s for sure. This location is not walkable to any location in Fredericksburg! 2. People it sleeps: you have 1 queen bed, 1 kind bed and 1 sofa couch turned to bed. Both the queen bed and the sofa bed have the lowest quality mattresses my family and I’ve ever slept on, and we are a family who frequently travels. Upon laying on the sofa bed, only the center of the bed remains firm, the top and bottom part both sink down. I ended up sleeping on the smaller couch which was too small for me. And both the left and right sides of the queen bed also sink down, to the point my mother and sister slept with their head on the foot side of the bed since it was so uncomfortable. This place can really only sleep 4 people at most if everyone is willing to share a bed and only those with the good mattress get a good nights sleep. Pros: The outdoor patio is beautiful, I held meaningful conversations with my aunt there and I loved the warm fairy type light bulbs hanging from the roof. I loved being able to see more stars than I’m used to. The property is close to Main Street which you can easily drive to and through. I loved how the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. The kitchen and living room are spacious and nice. My family and I really appreciated the free bottle of wine, candy, chips, and water bottles that waited for us when we arrived.

Overall the place was great and very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary wine and snacks. We all slept comfortably and we were fortunate that the “Loft” side didn’t have anyone there that weekend so we had the parking lot and back area to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from downtown. It was a fun weekend and I’d recommend anyone to stay here in the future.
