The front desk was courteous enough and the room was clean and comfortable, however we were not thrilled with the man who serviced the on site restaurant. His attitude came across like it was too much trouble to take our order or serve us when the meal was ready. Also I think that a hotel that calls itself by the airport name and is located less than a five minute drive away from said airport should offer a shuttle service to and from the airport. The taxi fare we had to pay was highway robbery for that short of distance from and back to the airport the next morning. When we stayed at Hampton by Hilton Munich Airport, they provided a shuttle service and they were further away from the airport.

I had a short overnight stay at this hotel between flights. The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, wifi was strong, bed was great. Breakfast was delicious and had hot and cold food and you could make your waffle :) I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here for a few days to a week.

I stayed here for one night during a layover and was treated like their most valued guest. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the bed was excellent. Breakfast exceeded my expectations — very diverse and delicious, ranging from simple fresh bread with ham and cheese to scrambled eggs, grilled mushrooms, and even a DIY waffle station with a variety of toppings. There’s also a small convenience store right on the corner, which came in handy. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay — it far exceeded what I would expect from an airport hotel. Highly recommended!

Perfect location ( across the airport), grocery story in few meters, public transportation, clean room, delicious and many variety breakfast options, quiet and relaxing place. On reception staff lady was a bit rude ( didn’t even greeting us, but whatever) . However very highly recommended! We definitely will stay here again:-)

Very comfortable rooms and extensive included breakfast spread. Smaller rooms than US Hampton Inns but nicely equipped. No noisy, cycling HVAC units like the US Hamptons have, so sleep is better! Taxi to/from Frankfurt Airport costs about 15 euros each way, but all-in savings compared to in-airport hotel are substantial.
