This is our second stay here. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Home-made hot breakfast.

Vehicle broke down and David at the hotel was quite displeasing. We asked for some leniency on a refund but he was not accommodating at all. So I did not make it to the hotel, and they took my money anyways. It was pathetic. The team at Travelocity, however, tried to help us and their effort was admirable.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review! We are glad you enjoyed our staff for the most part. We are understaffed and our morning front desk has worked over two weeks straight, serving upwards of 100 people solo for breakfast as well as front desk duties, we all do the best we can.
