The hotel was generally decent, but there were a few issues. The first is that there was toilet paper anywhere in the room (even on the roll) when we checked in, which was a surprise inconvenience. The second was a chronic leak which meant there was always a puddle in the middle of the bathroom floor, which was a very slippery tile, so this was dangerous and unpleasant. Lastly, when we arrived, and after cleaning, a window was left open with no screen so that we had various flying insects in the room.

This property is in the city with a huge nature area. Ver serene! Breakfast was awesome as was the service. I do wish the bar was open and if the restaurant would function but I understand it is costly during low season. Returning to Iguaçu I would mist definitely stay again.

Bad hotel for family, more like a hostel

One clearly Marco was enough to ruin for the rest of the staff who were nice. Sheets smelled like they had not been changed, bathrooms were nasty, food was bad.

Disappointing

Hotel has lots of potential, but definitely needs some renovations and updating. Room was comfortably large and the maid service was good. However, when we arrived the room stank strongly; seemed to be coming from a drainage pipe, so you can imagine the type of smell. Also the shower wasn't working. They were responsive and repaired the shower by the end of day 1, but taping over the floor drain did not stop the foul smell from continuing to backflow into the room. One of the windows didn't close properly, thus allowing in traffic noise from the street below. And then on our last day, the hot water heater broke and if we wanted warm showers, we had use the shower in another room. Overall, disappointed.

Cafe da manha com variedades. Limpeza dos quartos a desejar. Minha suíte era limpa por cima. A cama apenas era jogado o edredom sem arrumacao completa. Ficamos 5 diarias e o quarto dos meus pais foi limpo apenas 1x. Estrutura boa do hotel, mas nao para um resort, precisa de mts melhorias e manutenção na parte de lazer. Atendimento da recepcionista Suzana maravilhoso, sempre solícita e pronta para o que precisasse inclusive com informações sobre todos os assuntos. Suzana nota 1000.
