Durchschnittlicher Aufenthalt
Der Buchungsvorgang und die Kommunikation liefen schnell und unkompliziert ab. Das Haus war ruhig gelegen und bot ein recht großes Grundstück, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer samt Fernseher und Bäder. Leider war das Objekt nicht sehr sauber, samt Wasserschaden an einer Zimmerdecke, Schmutz an Möbeln und Wänden. Der Pool lies sich leider nicht ordentlich reinigen, die Markisen und ein Sonnenschirm waren defekt. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, die Bäder waren in gutem Zustand. Es gab im Haus viele möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben, durch mini Tischtennisplatte, Dartscheibe, Bälle. 30 Minuten von La Rochelle, 1:30h von Bordeaux gelegen bieten sich ein paar schöne Ausflugsziele.

Beaucoup de mauvaises surprises ….
Lors de notre arrivée nous avons constaté bon nombres de fissures et équipements hors d’usage. Après contact avec le propriétaire, nous sommes informé que la maison est sinistrée dû aux épisodes de sécheresse l’année précédente. A aucun moment nous avons été prévenus. Les stores ne fonctionnent pas. Celui de la piscine n’aurait jamais fonctionné alors que le manuel de la maison précise de ne pas trop le descendre pour ne pas le bloquer ! Bizarre …. Sur les 2 parasols mis en service pour compenser le store inutilisable, un était cassé. Le propriétaire ne trouverait personne pour réparer. Sur 4 transats 3 ont été cassé par les anciens locataires. 2 nous seront remplacés après 1 semaine. La table à repasser et le fer sont vétustes (rouillé, revêtement a moitié brûlé,…) De facon plus anecdotique, l’horloge ne fonctionne pas, le grille pain également mais a été remplacé en même temps que les transats, l’allumage automatique des feux ne fonctionne plus, il faut se servir d’allumettes. Malgré cela, la maison, les volumes et la piscine sont vraiment les points forts. Pour information la maison n’est pas à Fouras même mais en pleine campagne. Cela est agréable pour le calme mais moins pour les mouches…..

Bonjour Avons passé une excellente semaine, malgré deux jours de mauvais temps. Les petits enfants ont profité pleinement de la piscine. Rien à redire, sinon que nous aurions bien aimé effectuer le paiement de cette location en deux fois. A bientôt j'espère

Un séjour très agréable
La maison est spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut pour accueillir deux familles avec enfants. La piscine chauffée était très appréciée. La maison est au calme, à proximité de Fouras, ses plages et son animation.

Week-end en famille, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, ses espaces et la piscine chauffée. Je conseille vivement cette maison pour un séjour à Fouras. Un bon accueil par Clémence.

Lage super, sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar, Stand ebenso. Private Pollanlage einfach Klasse, vorallem durch das Beheitzen. Küche schön und gut eingerichtet. Großes Wohnzimmer. Schöne Zimmer. Terrassen gut aufgeteilt, leider beide Markiesen defekt. Bäder schön, einige Fließenarbeiten nötig. Hinweis einer Kaution fehlte auf der Homepage und sollte über Kreditkarte verrechnet werden gerade für ausländische Bucher und nicht wie im Mietvertag via bar bzw. Check. Check-out gut gelaufen.

En pleine nature
Le gros atout, la piscine chauffée, sinon pour le tarif la maison demanderai un peu plus d’entretien, beaucoup trop de choses à revoir. Face à un élevage de 15 moutons, les mouches sont de la partie. Là palmier magnifique abrite une quantité phénoménale d’oiseaux. Malgré tout nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du coin agréablement aménagé autour. L'intérieur de la maison est décoré avec goût. Rien ne nous a manqué côté électroménager. Ensemble positif donc.
