Where should I start? The pool was filthy and not running. The hot tub was filthy and green. Most of the outdoor furniture was broken at best. It’s a middle class home not a mansion and there is no backyard. Paradise. If you want to use a spoon to eat anything with bring your own because all they have is serving spoons. Way too many emails and text about telling me the rules. I read the rules agreed to them and got another 10 or 20 emails or text reminding me of the rules. I’m an adult. You only rent to adults. If I agree to them I will stick to it. It was a decent house, but not worth the amount of money charged for the stay. Way overpriced for what you get.
