Had to change rooms because the first room was dirty and smelled like mildew. Whatever is used to clean with, has an unpleasant odor. Beware if you have allergies or asthma. Staff was ok, not overly helpful but not rude either.

GREAT STAY!

We stayed last month while moving across country. The hotel is new and very clean, well staffed and everyone was very friendly. Although mapquest directions couldn't get us to the exact location, the hotel did a good job of putting signs up as to how to get to the hotel from the main highway there. They had laundry services on site, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at night and an expanded breakfast in the morning waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, pastries, muffins, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels/toast and assorted juices;. Check in was smooth and quick and so was checkout. They allowed pets. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were huge and the showers were pretty neat ;HUGE walk-in shower;. Definitely would stay again if I was ever in the area!

Perfect choice if in the Van Buren Area!

Bathrooms are large and have a feel of a much more expensive property. Entirely non smoking. Wonderful hotel. New and well appointed. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Only minor area of improvement would be to keep the pool a little warmer. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Van Buren! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent new hotel

This i s a new property, very nicely appointed and comfortable rooms. This feels more like a luxury hotel. We stayed with our dog who appreciated the surroundings, too. The staff is super- very helpful and friendly. Would definately stay here again.
