Looked cute from outside; and old sort of church for lobby I think. No ice machine-broken. Little hot water that took FOREVER to get hot. They advertised free breakfast, but actually only served it on weekends. Parking was good and motorcycle friendly. Room smelled really nice upon entry which hardly ever happens.

Clean and quiet

Our room was so cute! A bit dated but I thought it was charming. It was in the main part of the hotel and it was Gone With the Wind themed. We loved that it was super quiet. It was odd that the office wasn’t open all the time and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall, I’d stay here again but definitely plan to eat elsewhere. Convenient location right off the main drag.

We brought our dogs, it’s $30 per animal each night, and we were sent to the back of the motel with no place for the dogs to go potty, and a room that was already chewed up from previous animals. $160 is what I would have paid if I did not have service dog certificates. He will ask for your documents. At that price we should have been put in a newer room equal to those traveling without pets if not nicer due to up charging those with clean and well behaved pets. Also no mention of breakfast. at check in.

Budget-friendly if you're not too picky

Stay was moderately comfortable and budget-friendly. After checking in, the signs indicated that the breakfast is only served Saturdays & Sundays and the selection was extremely minimal: frozen waffles, plain bagels, cold cereal and bananas. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very hospitable.

The property manager, was told by the owner (who was out of town) to charge us $124.00 for a room that i booked thru Expedia for $74.00. I spent an hour with Expedia on the phone trying to resolve this matter. The manager tried for over 2 hours to get the property owner on the phone . When they did reach him, they called me downfrom my room i talked to the property owner and he stated that he would finally return the differance in orice of the room and the $50 dammage deposit to my account by noon today! It is now 2:18pm. And i still have not reciened any $$. I will now have to go to my bank tomorrow and dispute these charges. This is not the only problem with this property...The ice machine looked like it had been broken for a longtime. They had a broken blue & white Igloo cooler sitting on a broken chair infront of the Ice machine with 1/2 water & 1/2 ice in it. Along with a yellow kids sandbox shovel to retrieve the ice with. (Discusting). They had 1/2 rotten bananas and pre packaged muffins for there continental breakfast. This is a dump. . I will never darken the doirway of this property again.
