Nice hotel for overnight stay for a long trip.

Pros: Very convenient on our trip.
Cons: We are elderly and would have like the toilet higher.
Location: Didn't check any of that out as we arrived late, went to bed and left early AM to head on our trip.
Very nice room, excellent facilities. Very comfortable beds. Easy access to WiFi.

Comfortable room ~ great breakfast.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Our room was clean and comfortable and the king sized bed was great. The breakfast surpassed my expectations. In addition to the typical toast, cereal and waffles, this hotel also had the "fixins" to make your own breakfast sandwich: scrambled eggs, sausage patties and biscuits. For the true southerner, they also offered gravy to go with the biscuits.

Older hotel, some updates, clean comfortable and quite. Staff was friendly and served a breakfast in the lobby.

GREAT! I'd recommend!

Very pleased with the hotel, amenities, cleanliness and staff! The location was quiet and provided easy access to downtown Van Buren and Fort Smith, plus restaurants, shopping and freeways. The staff was great and the free breakfast provided most everything you'd want. The property and room were very clean and well maintained. We were very impressed, especially for the price! More than we expected during our 4 day visit! We would definitely go back if we are back in that area!
