What we received in room #2 was nothing like the pictures in the listing. There were dirty shelves that were in the picture. But that is where it ended. Hairs in the sheets (new ones were left so we could change ourselves). Floors made my feet black. Entire place was run down. People were generally very upset when they saw there rooms. The cops showed up one night because a lady couldn't get in touch with the host and didn't want to stay in a windowless room. At least that is what I heard her yelling. This may have been what the listing shows about 8 years ago. It isn't anymore. We booked 3 nights and left after 2. The roaches on the counter in day light and the abismal mattress made it inhospitable for us. I think the location is great. I think in some cases you could rent these rooms with a bit of maintenance and some good cleaning. You might even be able to do so for almost the listed cost. But I felt lied to and duped. The listing not matching the listing make it feel like a total scam. Can't say don't do it enough. Beach is nice in the area. It's 300 yard or so away There are no staff present on site. The cleaners avoided us at all costs. Host is very slow to reply. Could be a very cute property but it isn't in March of 26

Did not live up to the description in the listing. The check in and check out times 4:00 and 10:00. We arrived in area an hour early and would’ve had to pay $50 + tax for the extra time. The exterior wasn’t shown in the listing and understandable. I will add pictures if I can of the rundown condition and filth. The floor made our socks black from filth. In no way was there an “ocean breeze” to enjoy. The “private beach access” was past the dumpster, down the street and through thick vegetation. There was no glimpse of the beach from this poorly maintained hotel. The room was minute with little room to move but had a comfortable bed and good tv. It had some cute features but was a disappointment from the photos on the listing.

Cute little cottage

My husband and I were in bungalow #2, which is small but cute. The two things that I loved about this place were (1) the short walk to the beach, which was beautiful and (2) the tables/chairs outside in the courtyard that allowed us to sit, relax, and have a meal outside. I also love that this place is pet friendly. The property manager was very responsive to our late night request to supply a few missing items, which showed up at our door the next day.
