There were MANY positives: great pressure & hot water shower, toilet flushes great, very comfy king bed (not the pillows tho/bring your own), NICE appliances esp. the washer/dryer, spacious frig w/icemaker, gas stove/airfryer, multiple tech outlets, nice cookware, gas grill, good wifi, safe neighborhood, many close walking streets, close in proximity to everything!The studio was constructed off the back of host's garage, one wall is shared. There are 2 windows total. One faces property greenery, the other has a film over it: lets in light/tho you can't 'see' out. We re-located several decorative items to make room for our things as we stayed for 6 weeks and needed all available surface areas. Upon arrival we found the studio floors were NOT clean, lots of long hair, dust bunnys, stuck on dirt spots. After thoroughly washing the floors, we could unpack. Provided linens (bed, kitchen and bath) did not 'smell' fresh, though appeared clean - I used them after laundering. The kitchen cupboards and countertops surrounding the stove had a greasy film, most surface "tops" dusty. I washed dinnerware before use. The deck was dirty, not well maintained. I scrubbed surfaces and swept the deck-floor. Much of the deck furniture was broken, unusable or delapidated, the cushions stained, and wet. Little shade is available when days are sunny. The umbrella helps/but heavy&hard to move around. We enjoyed our stay once it was "clean" but I felt I shouldn't have had to do that upfront.
