We were given No explanation for extra deposit or a receipt. Had we been taken? When will we get our deposit back? Was this the clerks doing or the company policy? No paper receipt for our financial transaction.

Nice and clean. Continental breakfast was ok. Staff was pleasant. My only disappointment was the airport shuttle ended service earlier than I was told and I had to get an Uber.

First room hadn't been cleaned, bed unmade, all towels dirty. Second room the key didn't work. Finally got into a room after three tries.
