Guest have the entire apartment to themselves, with a separate entrance, separate thermostats in every room including the living room to control the heat.

Very close to Playgrounds, walk ways, public transportation and oil sands bus stop.

Quiet Time from 10pm to 7am
Strictly no wearing of shoes inside the house to protect the marble tiles.
All shoes should be left in the shoe rack on the stair landing.
Water Dispenser is available in the apartment for guest use.

We respect the privacy of our guests and would be available upon request.
SMS, Phone calls and Booking channel app are very reliable means of communicating with guest.

No Shoes allowed on carpet in the apartment. All shoes to be kept in shoe tray by doorway.
A lot of neighbours work very early, so quiet times must be observed to respect them. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am
