I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room felt very old and outdated, and cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. The toilet seat was unstable, the sink was dirty, and there appeared to be mold in the shower. The cabinet door to the refrigerator was broken, and the refrigerator itself was not cold. Additionally, the ice machine on our floor was not working, and we had to go to three different floors just to find ice. The chair in the room was filthy, with visible stains and dirt covering it, which made it unusable. Even the complimentary cookie offered upon arrival was hard and overdone, which added to the overall poor experience. Based on the condition of the room and the lack of proper upkeep, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Very beautiful hotel. Clean with friendly staff. The only thing i would change is the thanksgiving supper- it was nothing to brag about. Very cheaply made for the price but we appreciated the effort!

My shower was broken in my room which I reported the front desk multiple times and each time they said they would send someone to fix it, no one ever came. Upon checkout I explained how unhappy I was & they told me because I booked third party, I had to have the third party reach out for a refund. They never responded to any of the emails and the manager was always too busy to talk. This went on for 3 weeks. I never got any compensation as I was promised and had a terrible stay.
