About this property

Tropical ocean view one bedroom

This apartment is very unique! Not only does it have an amazing tropical ocean side view but also it is very comfortable to relax and enjoy your vacation. Resort has direct access to the ocean with beach chairs and umbrella provided in the unit. Location is very convenient with pizza place, 7-11 store and small restaurants just across the road. Walmart is within walking distance. Guest pays $30 for amenities key FOB (for 2 people). Parking is additional $100 per week and refundable $20 one time fee for garage opener paid directly at the resort. For short stays we offer $15/$20 per night (please ask for instructions). At least one guest should be 21 years old to book.

Oceanfront, couch was a little hard and uncomfortable BUT it was just the two of us and we mainly stayed on the balcony when we weren't sleeping.

Nice getaway spot on the Ocean

Overall very enjoyable. Pluses were location right on the ocean, nice pools that were not overcrowded, nice grounds and very yummy Cafe located on the property. Minuses were minimal at this price point but definitely could have used a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
