As you enter this 2 story estate you are great by an oversized living room that opens to a living area with den, dining area and wet bar for entertaining. This spacious floor plan is accommodated with cozy furnishings and accented with tropical décor and plenty of foliage accents to bring you an ambiance of elegance and comfort. This house features decks off both levels with amazing views and vaulted ceilings for an open spacious feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and an island to spread out all your gourmet cooking ingredients to create the most amazing cuisine. Offering two separate master bedroom suites with spacious comfort, private balcony, bathroom en-suite . Second floor is featuring red sauna for the guests to enjoy. The backyard is totally mesmerizing as you step out onto the veranda and are welcomed by an inviting heated swimming pool along with dock and fabulous views of the intra-coastal. This house needs some work. The location was the reason we picked it. First impression was the pool level was 3" below the skimmer, hot tub looks like it hasn't been in use for some time (1/2 full)carpets have stains, cabinet doors broken, signs on the thermostats telling you not to put the thermostat lower or system will freeze up, not much there as far as cooking pans. That being said there is plenty of room, it was clean and once the pool was filled it was nice.

The location of the property is wonderful and our family had a great time easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house needs some TLC and the carpet needs to be replaced,it had some very bad stains on it. The host was very helpful but the house could definitely benefit from some TLC inside and outside.

Great location , Nice But Tired House
Host was very accommodating, Property Manager very responsive and tried his best. Listing needs to be updated and photos of non working amenities should be taken down. Respectfully Suggest that during off season parties involve step back and reevaluate what’s needed to accommodate renters: Broom, Dust Pan , working vacuum due to rugs. Maybe beach items. With above being said I would consider renting again.

The location of this property is great. Easy walking distance to the beach. The property could benefit from some TLC both internally and externally. The hot tub and pool needed maintenance upon our arrival. Internally, the property appears outdated. We had a great time with our friends and look forward to our next friend vacation. Thank you for renting to us.

Family get away all ages!!
The house was advised as dated!! It is dated and needs some work but it was clean and that is more important to us!! Location of the house was great !!! We did have a problem with cable and internet but they did their best to address the issues!! We would definitely rent this place again !!!!
