Service at its finest!

Our stay was amazing as always. We always stay at this hotel when traveling. We like the staff, the service and how cleaned the hotel is. We only stayed for one night because we were traveling the next morning. We ate at the rooftop restaurant and the food was delicious. The service was on point. Our mojitos were excellent!

The hot l had one working elevator. I’ve stayed there many times. I wish hotel would keep track of who their loyal customers are and treat better. Offer some privileges. I like the hotel because it’s in an ideal location for me.. close to shops, restaurants, the airport etc.

This is a no frills hotel, asides that it had a pool and a restaurant that are both nice. No daily cleaning service, only one working elevator, and most ice machines didn’t work. If you need a place to stay for a night, it will do the trick.

I paid for both my reservations since May and I was charged for one of my rooms a second time I was told day after day it will be refunded and I am yet to receive the refund. Upon arrival the room was very slippery . The floor was so slippery I fell pretty much prior to my arrival I request both from to be on the same floor they weren’t when we arrived . The staff is help but I will never book with this Sonder location ever again . The bed was horrible the refrigerator doesn’t cool no microwave the trash can sooo small could barely fit anything and after 3 days we asked them to clean the room and I was told it would be $20.00 that’s sooo crazy. And you don’t offer the bare minimum I’ve been to better La Quinta’s and that says a lot
