We had to switch rooms twice due to the moldy smell in the room. One room was so bad that it triggered a coughing spell for our son. We ended up at CVS at 3 am in the morning to get medicine to mitigate his symptoms. To the hotel's credit: they let us out of our stay agreement. We checked out two days in advance. We simply could not justify paying almost $500 dollars a night for such a poor experience.

This small, nice hotel in the popular beach area is just a block from the beach. They offer free beach lounge chairs, but you'll need to walk 2 additional blocks to reach them. The hotel room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, though there was no dresser to unpack clothes. The shower towels were a bit scratchy. The hotel has two pools; the ground-floor pool was shaded and rarely used, while the rooftop pool had a great view and a DJ on weekends. The upstairs lounge chairs were a bit worn and uncomfortable. The ground-floor pool patio could use a power wash. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a solid choice for a stay near the beach!

The hotel is in such a great spot. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, the hotel restaurants and bars were amazing! We had dinner, breakfast and drinks at the hotel during our stay and all of our dishes were delicious. I definitely want to return and stay for an extended time. We did this as a 1 night stay while we surprised my aunt for her birthday. The hotel was super accommodating allowing us to check out late and store bags for us and the rest of the “surprise guests” while we waited for our transportation to arrive. Amazing staff, super cute hotel! Will be back.

My first time at a Kimpton. Finally! Charming boutique hotel walking distance to the beach. Though I basically parked myself at the rooftop Escape pool for 48 hours. Just divine.

Superbe séjour!!!

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits avec nos deux garcons (8 et 11 ans). Nous avons très bien dormi et avons adoré les services sur le site de l'hôtel. Chambre bien insonorisée, grande et rénovée avec goût. Lits et literie confortables. Petit réfrigérateur assez grand dans la chambre. On nous prête un sac de plage pour la durée du séjour. C'est très pratique. Les enfants ont adoré la zone jeu extérieure située près de notre chambre. Nous avons utilisé les deux piscines chauffées. Celle sur le toit offre une superbe vue et la terrasse est tellement agréable. Café tous les matins dès 7h au lobby. Le restaurant sur place, la Fuga, est tout simplement délicieux que ce soit pour déjeuner ou souper. Le personnel est souriant et cherche vraiment à répondre à tous nos besoins. À deux coins de rues de la plage. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
