The room was unclean, especially the floors were not swept or mopped. The bathroom was disgusting. There was a ring around the toilet on the floor. Inside the toilet underneath, the rim hasn’t been cleaned in ages. there were no towels in the room when I got to the room. I had to go down to the front desk to get a full set of towels. There wasn’t a do not disturb tag. The air conditioning was operating at minimal. Was not keeping the room at a cool temperature no matter how low I placed the temperature. The only good thing was the front countertop was very pleasant. Overall, I won’t be coming back.

Staff was courteous. The place could use some repair and attention. I understand the hotel gets a lot of use and this happens. The breakfast ends at 0930 and there were many guests disappointed it was not until 10. They had to ask for yogurt or a banana at 9:20 because it was already put away.
