We stayed for 4 days prior to going on a cruise. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The couch was low to the floor and there was a step up to the bathroom so this might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Bonus was the TV that had good selections including Prime Video. We enjoyed our stay.

Maria, has a nice cozy place to stay. The backyard was nice to have for my dog.She provided dog towels since it can be wet in the mornings.The shower was great, since I was working all day, it was nice to have a good shower!The bed pillows could be better, but I always bring my own. The bottle of wine was a nice touch, and waters in the fridge. The location is about 5 miles to the beaches and the airport, nice residential neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We would absolutely consider staying here again next time we are in town :) it was very clean, modern, and well laid out. Our host was lovely, very responsive, and allowed us to check out an hour later which really helped us out.Only thing we felt was missing was the option of watching cable tv since the Olympics were playing.

The home was very cute and cozy. We were only there one night but would have loved to spend more time there. Maria was very welcoming and was an excellent communicator. She left waters in the fridge and candy at our bedside. The home was well furnished with many extras to make travel easy. Highly recommend!

I reserved this cozy-small guest house (first time for us) detached from this beautifully kept and well maintained updated modern-home with a private entrance and back-yard/patio area prior to entering the very spacious and again very well-kept modern guesthouse. It was extremely very clean, safe area, and everything else you would need for a short stay in the heart of old-school Ft. Lauderdale for the best bang for your buck accommodation in town. The service was top-notch, and the host Maria was exceptional. She went above and beyond by even including a "happy birthday" note for my wife, with candies, and a bottle of wine. So, kind and generous that we give a TRUE RATING of 10 OUT OF 5!! Highly recommend and guaranteed to exceed your expectations. Did I mention they are also pet friendly for a small fee. By far one of our most pleasant experiences, and zero issues with our 1-night stay. Thank you, Maria!

What a perfect place for our post cruise stay for a couple of days. Cute, very clean and well appointed casita. Quiet residential neighborhood. The host also took some time to help us old folks figure out how to open the back of our rental car. I can’t thank him enough. Even though the rental is connected to the main residence, it is VERY private. Great place to stay.

This guest house was exactly how it was presented on web site. It was quiet and relaxing. The host had sodas and water in fridge and chocolate candies on the night stand. All was appreciated. The grocery store is with in a mile so we walked and picked up a few items we needed. The uber ride from airport was about 30 and the ride to port terminal slightly more but still reasonable so guest house is great for anyone flying in for a cruise.

Extremely easy check in and the property is very well maintained. Easy to get to anywhere in Fort Lauderdale area all the way to Miami Beach!! A real snap to get to Fort Lauderdale International Airport. The wine upon our arrival was really nice touch !! Thank you so much Maria.

Maria was very welcoming! Very responsive and helpful! The place is quite small but well put together and has all amenities necessary. I would say that 6 nights was quite a lot for such a small space but for the fact that we mostly used it for sleep it was more than enough. Maria was gracious enough to let us use her beach umbrella and chairs which we really needed! Overall great stay

Our host was so sweet and helpful. The Guest House is adorable with many thoughtful extras which made it feel more like home, from the decor to the condiments in the kitchen. The totally private backyard with comfortable chaise lounges under a big umbrella is a welcome way to enjoy the Florida sunshine in comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this Guest House and would definitely stay there again.

The place itself was very cute and stocked and cover clean. I would not have complained if it weren’t for a few things that I can’t let go of. We only stayed one night and cleaned the place according to instructions but then got a notification that I was being charged for extra which I am disputing. My other complaint is the noise. She owns a very, very loud small dog that barks a lot and in her instructions she asked us to be quiet past 10 PM and we were she however, was not past 1130. She came home loud with the dog barking, slamming doors and woke me up from my sleep. I had also had originally booked for two separate nights at the beginning and end of our vacation. However, our flights changed and I had to cancel the later one that was on 16 November however, when I went to check in the app, I was unable to view it so I messaged the host and asked her to review our reservation and double check this for me. She then assured me that I only have the one booking for the night of the seventh. Therefore, after the fact I was charged for this and was only able to get a 50% refund due to the timing so our host either lied to us or did not bother to check this place was very cute and nice, but this host is not it.

The guest house was just like advertised! It was really clean upon arrival and was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals and even had complimentary snacks for us! We were pleased with the set up!
