The staff all were attentive and very polite making me feel very welcome during my stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was really able to relax during my short visit to Ft. Lauderdale. Property was nice as well as the staff but had a big problem. They did a fraudulent charge on my card and the bank canceled my card. This was on first day and it made it hard to enjoy they trip. My bank will investigate the charge. They took 350.00 security deposit so there was no reason for this fraudulent charge. I will not ever go there again because it spoiled my trip.
