Wrong door code
When I got there I put in the door code that was provided to me in my email and it didn’t work. I was stuck outside for almost 30 mins. I called customer support they said they’d have someone call me back. I proceeded to call customer support again because it was hot and I’m not waiting in my rental for God knows how long til someone called me back. After calling customer support for the second time I finally got in and took like an hour nap until I gotten woken up by a phone call from customer support again asking if I still needed help getting into the house. I would’ve been outside for almost 2 hours if I had waited for them to call me back. Then when I went to go use the pool there were so many bugs in the water I didn’t even feel comfortable to swim in it. Overall the house wasn’t that bad but they need to fix whatever they got going on with emailing people the wrong code to the house the day of there check in
