Overall very nice hotel. Beach super close, towels provided and chairs at the beach. The elevators take a very long time as staff use the same ones as guests. We had issues with our toilet clogging multiple times as well as a piece of the ceiling falling down in the bathroom. But hotel room was very clean and cleaning ladies did a good job. Food at hotel was good. Bikes provided for 2 hours a day. Overall good stay and would come back.

The room was very clean. The staff 10/10; very welcoming and kind. Anitra at the front desk was super sweet and super welcoming. She always had a smile on her face. The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful. Definitely staying here again!

They don’t honor reservations. This hotel overbooks, meaning you likely won't get the room you paid for. We couldn't check in until 5:00 PM, and only after complaining. When we realized they put us in a cheaper room than our booking, I called the front desk, and the clerk actually hung up on me. Terrible start to our vacation.

We entered the lobby and were overwhelmed by a strange fishy stench. The check-in process was perfunctory. Once in our room, the music was so loud from the guest next door (over 100dB) we requested a room change. After multiple no's, we ended up in a downgraded room, but the clerk tried to convince us it was the same size. While the room was fairly clean, it was very uncomfortable. There was no closet. My kids never complain about hotels, but they both said this was the worst hotel we've stayed at and couldn't wait to leave. The bright spot was the bar. The bartender makes custom syrups for the specialty drinks and they were fantastic! Skip the hotel, but enjoy a drink at the bar.

The beach view was unobstructed and we could enjoy the sunrise each morning. All staff was professional and friendly. Property was clean and well kept. Walkable to restaurants, beach, and shopping. Very enjoyable experience.

Beautiful new hotel with friendly staff, easy parking and perfect location. Even on Christmas day the staff were helpful and caring. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurant. Would have liked to stay longer.

Stayed between 12/27 - 12/30 Due to delay in flight we reached around 2AM Front desk employees were there and provided us the checkin vprocess in short period of time Rooms were clean and found that bathroom is modern style Didn’t use rest of amenities like Pool and Bar as we are outside most of time Found that breakfast is very expensive but has good variety
