Great location, steps away from the broadwalk and beach. House is mostly well appointed with nice appliances. 3 of 4 beach chairs were damaged/unusable, we contacted the host and she promptly delivered 4 new ones. We also requested 2 additional blankets which were promptly delivered. Couch is soiled, stained and frankly, unseemly. 3rd bedroom is very small. Plumbing work to the sewer line from house to city connection happened during our stay. This required the driveway to be dug up. The owner (Angelo) told us we would have to park on the street at our cost, but parking was included in the cost of the rental. After a brief argument, he relented and had us park up the street at another house he owns. Somewhat inconvenient but we got by ok. The plumbing work was supposed to be completed on Friday but extended until Saturday at about 7pm. On that Saturday we were unable to use the toilets or showers until 7pm. This was a major inconvenience. The host (Valgal) texted me that she would refund some money for the inconvenience but she never did. She also didn't explain why she changed her mind about the refund.
