Beachwood Villa was very well equipped, and the beds were absolutely wonderful. It was very clean love the layout of the house. The pool was to die for! Excellent communications for any of our concerns and questions. Last but not least, the view was incredible definitely a 10 !!

Great Spot

Great location, great views. The house was exactly as described. Pictures of the water don’t do it justice. Infinity edge pool was perfect. Our group had plenty of room inside and out. Judy and management team were accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. Excellent house to stay when visiting Exuma.

Great week in Exuma

The Beachwood home was the perfect selection for our extended family of ten. The BR’s were spacious and comfortable and the great room/kitchen was a wonderful gathering place.. but the view and location were the most impressive features. The infinity pool and wide sandy beach were big hits.

Excellence all around!

From Judy Gray the property manager to the heated pool, we can’t say enough good things about our stay in Little Exuma. The house was perfect for our group, the help from Judy and her staff (especially Larissa) was top notch, and the pool and sand beach right outside our door were.absolutely incredible. We will return!

Great spot!

Beautiful spot with plenty of space for multiple adult couples. Views from the infinity pool were hard to beat, and there's easy access to multiple local beaches. Well appointed kitchen and a nice grill were great for cooking meals at the house when we wanted to stay in. We'd definitely go back.

Beachwood is Prefect For Families

We enjoyed Thanksgiving with all of our children and grandchildren at Beachwood this year. Judy Gray, Chef Nancy, Captain TJ and their extended teams took exceptional care of us all week! Great food, fishing and excursions. Thank you for a very memorable stay . We’ll be back!

Amazing home on the most beautiful part of Exuma!

We stayed at Beachwood for a couples get a way. We had 3 couples and had plenty of room. The house is beautiful and very clean. Judy Gray took great care of us. The beach is amazing and The owners have everything you could ask for, weather it’s for the beach, pool or anything inside the house.

The Best Place We Have Ever Stayed!!!!

Beach was magical with a perfect little cove for the kids. Kayaks were a huge hit, the pool was massive and perfect with staggering views of the ocean. We were blown away by the view when we walked in the door. I don't think we have seen a more amazing view and we are looking to come back and book again this fall. If you are on the fence as to which property on Little Exuma to rent...this is the clear choice for sure! Thanks for sharing this piece of heaven with us!

Love this place! I'll be back soon!

Simply the best on the island. Everything you need with tons of space. 7 amazingly decorated bedrooms with a breathtaking view. The house is perfect for several families and having everything on one level is perfect. We have stayed in other homes in the area and this is the place we will return to. Thank you for the best vacation yet and already booked for next December! The place was immaculate and cant wait to bring our friends next year.

Great house for a large group!

I had a group of 11 adults that stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration! The home was clean, came fully equipped with the essentials and the views were incredible. Every morning, we would wake up excited to look outside and capture the beauty of the Exuma ocean right beyond the sliding doors! I would go back! The host is amazing too! I would recommend!

Spectacular Spring Break

The beauty of this property and the crystal clear aqua blue water with white sand is beyond words. Wow, it really does look like the pictures! The entire family joined my nieces for their college spring break and a birthday celebration. We loved it!! The infinity pool was a great relaxing way to spend the afternoon after boating around the islands. 5 stars!!

A Special Place

House was beautiful. Private beach and water were as good as it gets. Local restaurants 5/10 minute drive. Downtown market (food, beer etc.) 15 minutes. Loved boat excursion and kayaking to little islands. Only minor issue was the noseeum sandflies, bring spray. Dean was a pleasure to work with.

Grandmom's 90th birthday family reunion

We had a fantastic time all the way: pool, kyacking, snorkeling, fishing. 8 young people were all in their 20's and had so much fun in the pool at night practicing for a "show" they were giving me. They hiked and went to various beaches. We went to the island of pigs, petted the sharks and fed the iguanas. It was a super trip with wonderful guides/boat captains. Judy helped us with everything and we had a catered dinner New Year's Eve. It was a fabulous vacation for all of us.

Perfect Family Getaway

Third time is a charm! We have taken our childrens’ families individually, but this was our 3rd year and all ten of us enjoyed Beachwood and Greystone. As always, we enjoyed the private beach, pool and Judy’s prompt responses. She assisted us with car rentals, ncaa games, baby items, hair braiding and dinners. We loved the delicious meals by Nancy and her crew! Especially, the conch chowder and key lime pie! Beachwood is our favorite, even though we stayed in two other beautiful homes, thank you Dean for accommodating our family for an extended stay.

Perfect vacation!!!!! Paradise exists

We rent both (beachwood and greystone) The best vacation ever! 4 families. 8 adults and 14 kids! We stayed for 10 days but It felt like a short time. So many things to do and such a beautiful spot to relax. It is the perfect combination. Dean was always responsive and great. Judy took care of every question and any need that we had during our time in exumas. She also organized the excursions (swimming pigs, sharks, turtles, iguanas and sting rays). I Definitely recommend these properties! I will come back as soon as I can!

Exumas and Beachwood is truly a hidden gem!!

Thank you Hiebert family as this is our second year to Beachwood Estate and we love your beautiful home with the gorgeous ocean views, infinity pool and secluded beach! Judy Grey , the house manager, is always accomodating and we enjoyed her and Nancy’s Bahamian family style meals and Ieasha’s key lime pies! Wade took us on a boat tour of Little Exuma, Stocking Island and breathtaking Sandy Caye with the beautiful variations of crystal clear blue waters which were amazing for snorkeling. Our grandkids loved the pool and beach with pool toys and kayaks and it was a perfect fit for everyone! We also explored the local resturants, Mom’s Bakery and straw market in Georgetown and hope to bring our entire family again next spring. The Exumas , it’s people, and Beachwood is a special place and it’s truly a hidden gem.

Trip of a lifetime!

I planned this trip for my husbands 60th Birthday in 2020. Needless to say it had to be postponed. Ourselves, our children and grandchildren were more than ready to spend unforgettable and irreplaceable time together and we couldn't have chosen a better home for to fit the task. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided, and then some. Judy was always quick to respond to any questions and kind in her communications. Absolutely stunning!

If you are debating whether to rent this house, just do it. We were a family of 4, 2 kids ages 6 and 8. The house is huge, well designed for large groups, and has an amazing infinity pool overlooking a beautiful beach. Tons of beach and pool toys and super comfortable. We snorkeled, took a boat trip to see the pigs, iguanas, and sharks, went to stocking island to spend time at chat n chill, and basically had the time of our lives. My son found all types of creatures outside the back door, including a huge crab on the last day. Bonus! Beautiful island, beautiful house, wonderful time. Thanks dean!
