Located just 2 blocks from the beach, this home has a great Folly Beach location with outdoor living spaces that catch the steady beach breeze that is the hallmark of a vacation on this barrier island. SEA HAVEN features 5 BEDROOMS/4 BATHS and SLEEPS 12 GUESTS. The heart of this home lies in the open living space and kitchen and offers an abundance of comfortable seating areas with plenty of room to spread out. Windows and French doors along the rear of the house provide views of the large, screened porch where you can lounge or dine with family and friends overlooking the professionally designed gardens and the incredible private pool.
From the living space is the spacious state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen featuring 14' vaulted ceilings crafted with washed reclaimed wood and beams. This gorgeous kitchen includes top of the line appliances including a Wolf gas stove with convection oven, Bosch dishwasher, Monogram refrigerator, and wet bar with ice maker and wine fridge. The cozy sitting area in the kitchen invites you to lounge with a cocktail before dinner, plus offers easy access to the outdoor grill or to simply gather outside on the covered deck. Adjoining the kitchen, you'll find a pantry and laundry room.
On the first floor is the spacious primary suite appointed with KING BED, and ensuite bathroom with a beautiful copper and nickel soaking tub flanked by dual vanities featuring Bronzino countertops. The large shower, featuring a Grohe Rain Shower with dual hand and fixed shower heads, plus tile and slate flooring, feels as if you're stepping into a chic, European spa. Across the hall you'll find a guest bedroom with QUEEN BED, and a full hall bath located nearby.
Upstairs you'll discover the generously sized loft area that's utilized as a secondary living space. Appointed with a comfortable sectional sofa and plenty of seating, this is the perfect place to gather for boardgames or movie night. From here you'll find 2 additional guest bedrooms, one with a QUEEN BED that's just steps from the full bath in the hallway, and one appointed with a KING BED that includes a private ensuite bath with step-in shower. Additionally, on this level you'll find an oversized BEDROOM, with wood-beamed vaulted ceilings, furnished with 2 KING BEDS and a comfortable seating area, with doors leading to an adjoining covered porch overlooking the rear yard and views of the incredible gardens.
Outdoors you'll enjoy the multi-leveled porches, lush landscape, incredible gardens and inviting, saltwater POOL. Wind your way along paths that lead to the outdoor dining area or find a peaceful spot by the outdoor fountain to start the day with a cup of coffee and enjoy your own personal paradise.
You'll find ample parking for 2 cars in the ground-level garage and space for 2 additional cars in the driveway. Additionally SEA HAVEN, includes an outdoor shower and bar area in the ground level game room.
Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not for guest use.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.
Minimum rental age is 25.
