Staff is extremely nice and professional. Special shout out to Sol in Legends bar and Sophie at the front desk!! On-site sports bar is convenient but drinks are a bit pricy. Wish it was open on Sundays. Complimentary breakfast is great. Pool is relaxing if it ever stops raining. It’s a little small for the size of the hotel. The hotel gets very chaotic during stadium events. We were there July 2025 for Morgan Wallen concert and the elevators get extremely crowded. We had to walk stairs to the 7th floor a couple of times. The hot water was hard to figure out at first but once we did, it was fine. The toilet in our room had some flushing issues at times but we just dealt with it. The housekeeping may be short staffed. I’m not sure, but one day we put out our clean room sign before 11am and it never got cleaned. We came back at like 5pm and it looked like maybe they were still cleaning on our floor. But at that point, it was too late for us because we needed to get ready. We were there for 3 nights and we just decided to bypass the housekeeping service at that point until we were checking out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Close to venue. Definitely older but updated, very clean, great staff and amenities. Would DEFINITELY stay again if going to the stadium for an event.

Thought it was at the perfect location, because we wanted to be close to the hard rock stadium. Bad thing is you really need to make the shuttle cheapper, you'll get more peopke, the Lyft Uber situation was horrible
