"The staff: Josie was excellent, helpful, caring, and completely took the time to provide assistance to making my online booking a better experience. The rooms: Oh WOW! The view was beautiful looking out the window. Very clean and just the right amount of space. The casino was clean and comforting. This is the largest casino I have ever been in. I plan on staying here any time we visit Tulsa."

"The room smelled like smoke. They charge 50$ hold that I didn't see returned to me, They building was very old and not well maintained. Not very clean. My room looked like it has not been cleaned from last use. I had to use my own blankets n sheets. I could not use the tub or shower due to the condition it was in(Paint Peeling etc. and didn't look like it had been cleaned. It was very long travel for any ice or vending(like a whole different building and floors and stairs). We were not informed of breakfast availability or times( didn't know they had breakfast until it was too late). At least the air conditioner worked. I was so exhausted that I just had to sleep. I survived one night."

"Pool was closed. room service menu not updated (no salads available from room service). Restaurant "ran out" of ribeye. Overall the room was great, but the pool and gym were lackluster with very antiquated treadmills. I get that's not a focus for most casino patrons."

"The room doesn’t offer a mini fridge for use or a microwave. There was an outside party going on just below our room which was very loud and lasted well into the evening. We had to turn on the fan to the ac unit in order to drown out the noise so we could get some rest. If you are not needed a place to sleep, it might be a nice play to stay. But if you are looking for a place to get rest and maybe the use of a mini fridge to keep your drinks for the road cool and the use of a microwave, then I would not recommend this place."
