Perfect for extended stays

We loved this property. Stayed nearly a month. Small but very comfortable for a couple. Bathrooms very nice, great shower- good water and heat, AC. Very clean. Internet very reliable. Terrace is very small but adequate. About 35 stairs to unit but easy to climb. Location is amazing. Walkable to a great coffee shop and several great restaurants. Close grocery store. Fun to sit at kitchen table and people watch. Kitchen is fine for making meals at home. Lorenzo is extremely responsible.

Perfect place on a great neighborhood

This was the perfect apartment for us for our week in Florence. It’s located across the Arno in a less crowded neighborhood, but you’re only a short walk to the center of Florence. There are quite a few good restaurants right outside the apartment and coffee shops close by. The place looks just like the pictures and comes with some important amenities. For example the AC is central air with separate controls for each room. If you rent a car there is parking within a 5 minute walk. Lorenzo was a great host. You will not be disappointed if you rent this apartment.

Perfect stay in Florence

What a beautifully newly redone apartment. The bedroom is beautiful with a TV I could finally get Netflix on! Yay! There’s a little deck off the bedroom that’s lovely for morning coffee. The two bathrooms are beautiful, huge room to relax on the couch with a tv. Lots of built in closets. Beautiful kitchen. Easy walk to everything. Nice washer. Cleaning products included. Lovely gelato place right next door. Leonardo was a great host. Even helped carry out luggage.

The perfect place!

This is absolutely the best apartment I have ever stayed in. First of, the location is perfect, walking distance from all the points of interest and out of the crowds. You can find a lot of nice bars and restaurants in the area and Lorenzo was very nice and helping us with every request or suggestion we needed. The apartment on the other hand was completely new, bright and clean, better than a 5 stars hotel. Last but not least the view is absolutely breathtaking, and after a long day of walking and sightseeing, there's no better feeling than coming back and relaxing enjoying Palazzo Pitti in a comfy, air conditioning place to rest. We were really lucky to find this place.

Stunning place!!

I had a wonderful stay in this unique place. Everything in the apartment is perfect and brand new, with attention to every detail; if you love interior design this is definitely your apartment. From the french windows of the dining area you will feel like you are touching Palazzo Pitti; smart working with this view in front of me was definitely very inspiring. Lorenzo is very welcoming, friendly and always available, a true superhost. I don’t hesitate to recommend this place and will consider it when I’ll back to Florence for a longer period.
