The front door of the property was open. It wasn’t safe when we had difficulty getting into the apartment. I couldn’t contact the owners. The condition of the apartment was dirty all around terrible we left after 15 minutes. They still charge a cleaning fee do not rent from here.

The apartment was lovely, in a good location. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere but there are buses and taxis around. You can walk to the city centre to see the sites very easily. From the city centre we also got the train to Pisa for a day trip. While we were there we communicated with the rental agency via WhatsApp very easily. But I think the process of getting checked in before getting there could be improved. I didn’t get an email with a link to check in until I had got to the airport from where I was flying out from. Just before we were boarding. This was only after I chased Expedia over 2 days and they got in touch with the agency. It was very stressful especially when WiFi is spotty at airports etc. This could have been avoided with a better check in process. It made it harder for me as I was there as a single parent with my daughter. The staff I was in touch with were very professional and got everything sorted out quickly. We had a lovely stay in the apartment overall and would stay there again.

This was literally the best place I’ve stayed during my trip to italy! Great communication with the host. Amazing room! I was given all the commodities and much more! If I ever come back to Florence I’m definitely staying here again!

This was a really great location. The market and restaurants in the immediate area were excellent. We were walking distance to museums and world class shopping. Good sized apartment with a very functional kitchen. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that can get noisy late at night. But hey, your in Italy and that's part of the experience. It didn't bother us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This was a disappointing stay. We were never given the code to enter the building and we’re standing outside for a considerable time trying to enter. We called and messaged them multiple times with no response. Luckily for us another family was checking in and let us into the building. Once we entered we were greeted by a dead cockroach and a horrible smell. The listing says it’s on the first floor but it’s untrue you need to walk up a steep flight of stairs so I wouldnt recommend it for someone will mobility limitations. We finally got a response 3 hours later but we’re still not given the code to the building. You receive a key from a safe once you get to your apartment but the code would have been more convenient as we only received one key and there were two of us. The shower is covered in mold and the bed was very uncomfortable. Do not recommend

We were in the Leonardo suite. We loved the apartment and the area. Self-Check in was easy. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and it was wonderful to have use of the washing machine. The staff who communicated via What's App were quick to respond and extremely helpful. Able to walk to major sites, many restaurants and shopping, outdoor markets and grocery nearby. A bit far from train station. The only issue we had was that under the skylight in the loft area there was visible water damage and some mildew in this same area.

I did not get a reply from the message I sent you. I would have appreciated knowing in advance what the check in process was. I spent two hours on the phone with Expedia getting conflicting information before I finally got to Gulia. Once she explained how to check in, it was simple. All I wanted was to know in advance where I needed to go so I could plan. Having to go to the hotel could have been said under check-in instructions. I would have appreciated instructions on how to use the washer. Can you put a shelf in the shower? I had to put my toiletries on the top of the commode which was a PITA. Stepping down from the shower is precarious. If you get a customer with mobility problems, they could get hurt. You might want to put a transitory step in. I liked the apartment and loved having a fridge, stove and washer. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I recommend.

Great stay for families

Great location. Walked to all the sites including two grocery stores nearby. Parking is a bit far away but it’s downtown florence! Our kids loved the loft as well.

Great location

Beautiful apartment! We walked to all major museums: in line for Statue of David at 7:30 am and got in right soon after 8:15am (!) without any tix reservations. Best dinner we had was right outside of apartment with amazing high-quality gourmet hamburgers. My family loves to walk and we had no problem going to all major sites. Apartment was just like pictures: well-kept, clean, comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay with a 10-month old baby in this location. Communication and directions were very clear. Staff is very friendly. Easy walking distance to old town’s main attractions and many nice restaurants are very close by. I can recommend this accomodation.

Appartement bien situé et joli

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Florence, un peu en dehors du centre mais dans un quartier dynamique. Juste en dehors de la zone ZTL. Tout proche d'un parking public payant mais malheureusement pas celui qui est offert avec la location qui lui est situé à plus de 15mn à pied de l'appartement, ce qui est assez peu pratique malheureusement. C'est le seul bémol. Sinon, appartement plutôt joli et bien équipé, bien insonorisé, avec climatisation bienvenue par temps de canicule...
