Horrible!!!!

The worst of my life! Stay away, a unit without heating was offered to us during the winter. Without knowing it we went and bought groceries, when asked to move to a much further location we were told that they would pay for the taxi. Now that we are back, they ignore the arrangement and also I was promised to be refunded for the night I did not sleep in the unit and so far no commitment! What kind of place is this?

The location is great, it is 5 or 10 minutes from every major attraction. the place is spacious, and the towels and linens were decent quality, it was clean, the host meet went OK once we figured it out who was calling who. It is in need of some lights and chairs to read in. there was a sofa but no light nearby to read with. we are not television watchers. My husband thought it was noisy. it is a very busy and active street with lots of dining places, but I thought the double paned windows worked fine. there is a store nearby, an asian market around the corner, and the Mercato is a block away. Better instructions about the washer would be good too. I would stay here again even with the minor drawbacks mentioned.

Great location, near the train station and very close to the city center. Easy access to restaurants, groceries and museums. Plenty of space with a kitchen and all appliances. Property manager coordinated a meeting upon our arrival at the apartment and went through all of the details.
