Bad first impression based on cleanliness
We ended up enjoying our stay but not without some issues at first, which Cari was very quick to respond, had someone come to clean (even though she’d been told it was cleaned), and refunded the cleaning fee without me even asking for it. Top notch customer service. Issues we had upon arriving: No sheets on either bed (this should be done by the owner/cleaning company) The bathroom had not been cleaned at all. We wiped down the countertop since it was so gross, cleaned the sink, switched out the hand towel, then noticed a very gross unclean toilet, and topped off with a dirty tub/shower. The shower curtain liner was full of mildew.

Very clean and had all the amenities we needed! Adjustable bed and mattress was very comfortable! Location was convenient to many Flat Rock and Asheville attractions! Would highly recommend!

The property was nice. It was a good little cottage with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Finding it was a minor annoyance because there wasn't a street sign.

Comfy Cottage
This is a very comfortable cottage but is right off the main highway and some of the lots around the cottage are not kept up very well. Kitchen had the basic needs but had a tiny coffee maker and very little extra supplies such as aluminum foil or saran wrap. Most places i have rented you have to start dishwasher before you leave, this place requires you wash and put up all dishes.

Stayed here once before for shoulder surgery in Asheville and was such a beautiful and amazing place!! Owner is absolutely wonderful!!!! This was was for knee replacement in Asheville and they totally accommodated us for the dates we needed as they were grayed out but after contacting them they said absolutely we could stay!!!! It is so comfortable with adjustable king bed after surgery!!!! We will be staying again for our anniversary as we love this place and owner!! 12/10!!!!! Amazing and beautiful well stocked and super clean!!!! Thank you again so much for an amazing stay!!!

Perfect Snowy Getaway!
Timed the big winter storm Izzy just right and got “snowed in” to this little gem of a cottage. Ownership provided a great sledding hill recommendation nearby and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from this cute little cottage. Thanks for a great snowcation!
