Very nice home, located close to the Fischer Dance Hall. Could use more kitchen supplies, but would definitely stay there again.

Great but kind of disappointed

Overall the house and property was beautiful. Stunning home and we had lots of fun! They provided just about anything you will need hygiene wise and some cleaning items. Was a great experience for the most part but unfortunately we did come across a few problems that put a bump in the road. We found 2 mostly drank bottles underneath the double bed in the game room. pretty gross. The master bedroom did have what we believed is a urine stain on the rug possibly from an animal or a child? Not sure since we only had all adults on our trip so it was there when we arrived but room smelled like urine the whole time. We were unsure where it was coming from until our last night as we were cleaning up we spotted the stain. The twin bed did have a huge stain on the bed skirt upon arrival. The dishwasher does not turn on so everything was hand washed. The propane grill was very dirty and rusty aswell as a wasp nest inside. they did provide an extra propane tank, but sadly there were no grilling utensils to clean the grill so we were unable to use the food we intend to grill. The Ice maker in the freezer did not work- i suggest buying a bag or two of ice! Grass looked like it hasn’t been cut in a few weeks. really unfortunate as we inteded to spend a lot of time outside but grass was too long for comfort with the bugs and spiders we saw. Primary bathroom shower does not drain very great. End up standing in an inch 1/2 puddle the whole time. The AC only cools at night.

Great space with comfortable setup

Great, comfortable house with plenty of space. We had 7 adults in our group, and we had comfortable spots for everyone. Nice location with quick access to Canyon Lake and Blanco. Thanks for a great stay!

Much needed family time

My son, daughter, and I enjoyed the space all over the house and the property. My son called the game room his apartment lol! It was phenomenal!

At surface level you see this is a nice property , the pictures online are accurate at representing the house. However upon arrival we notice things that as not necessarily as they seem. We did an initial inspection and wipe down before we even unpacked. The first thing we notice immediately were small/medium roaches dead and alive in the kitchen. A few moments later we found a scorpion stuck one rug in one of the bedrooms (baby scorpions on the wall and saw a few more scorpions in the same bedroom). We contacted Vacasa, they informed us they were reaching out to the local property manager with our concerns. At about 3 am in the morning I went to the kitchen for a bottle water, when I turned the lights in I saw roaches scattering everywhere under the rugs, in the cabinets, on the refrigerator and counter top. (Now we are concerned about these roaches getting into our stuff. )We had to wash the sheets because they were full of hair. The comforters had mysterious stains, the rugs in the house had food crumbs all over them . All the ceiling fans and air vents were extremely dusty. The kitchen cookware was very worn out. The Nest thermostat was not able to be adjusted so it was warm in the house until nighttime. The game room which was off the screened in porch was unbearably hot and again the temperature on Nest thermostat could not be adjusted. Overall this was an extremely uncomfortable stay we ended leaving in the morning. It was difficult for Vacasa to reach a

This house was great for a couple from Germany, a couple from London and a gal from New York for our daughter’s wedding. They all were roommates in New York. Stopped at the house and loved it and so did they. Thank you!!!

Disappointing

First of all, we all had great difficulty in opening the door. It seems there needs to be some work to open the lock and the door without massive pushing and pulling. There were also significant water leaks in the home. I had to take over personal towels to clean up and keep down on the floor to absorb the water leaking in. Water leaks were in the front right bedroom and hall as well as the window in the front left bedroom

Winter holiday

The property is simply amazing! The decor is lovely and adds a modern twist to the Hill Country. The game room kept our teenager and young nieces entertained for hours and they loved having their own space. The fire pit was wonderful on a cool December night. Would definitely stay again!

called immediately customer relations shortly after arriving after the first shower ...nobody ever came to fix the problem. Master sheets were dirty upon arrival.

Everyone loved our stay! 20 min from Shanty Tubes, 17 min to H‑E‑B, 11 min to Canyon Lake…. Super convenient location. If we had any problem, the property manager was attentive. 10/10 will go back again.

Centrally Located

It was Centrally Located for many towns Wimberley, Canyon Lake, San Marcos, New Braunfels and even a day trip to San Antonio. It was wonderful to have two comfortable Kings size bed. Large screened in porch so no mosquitoes! A nice clean house.
