This contemporary holiday home is only a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay and close to all Port Stephens’ attractions and activities.

The top level encompasses the open plan lounge, dining room, and opulent fully equipped kitchen, which all have breath-taking 180 degree views of the seascape, and flow out onto the large, undercover viewing deck where you can watch the sunrise as you take in that awesome view. The lounge room features a fireplace you’ll be tempted to curl up in front of with a wine, while also on this level is a powder room and the ensuite master bedroom which is blessed with the same glorious water views.

The middle level is made up of two bedrooms, one of which has those delightful sea views, a double-basin family bathroom, a study nook with a glistening water vista, and a sofa bed suitable for two children which has a bifold doors, plus there’s a fabulous games room with a pool table, TV, and a sofa bed suitable for two children.

Fingal Bay Panorama is air-conditioned, has a double garage and off- street parking, free Wi-Fi, a lift, and a laundry with washer and dryer. Upon arrival you’ll find the beds made and fluffy white towels for your bathrooms. The grassy backyard is fully enclosed and backs onto unspoilt bushland with towering gums and beautiful Gymea Lilies. This tranquil area is perfect to unwind and enjoy the flickering flames in the fire pit, perfect for toasting marshmallows with the kids - what an ideal way to end the evening after a day playing in the waves.

Fingal Bay Panorama has soul nourishing panoramic water views and Fingal Bay Beach is a 300m stroll away. This patrolled family-friendly surf beach has recently been named by Tourism Australia as one of Australia’s top 20 beaches, and at low tide you can even walk along the Fingal Spit to access Fingal Island. The location, views, and amenities of this brand new contemporary holiday home are sure to make it a Fingal Bay family favourite.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 Adults 4 Children. The sofa beds will be added to accommodate guests 7, 8, 9 and 10.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doona's and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa Bed * 2 - $100 per sofa bed which includes linen hire and towels (children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $1500 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to our full terms and conditions. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
