Waterfront! Quiet, Spacious, Serene Retreat Located in a Private Wooded Setting

A private gated drive leads to The Chalet and its a 160 acres of quiet scenic serenity. This home offers a spacious, open floor plan (approximately 2,000 sq. ft.), and many windows engulfing one in sunshine, calm and nature.

The home rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday in prime summer weeks and can also be rented on a daily basis thereafter.

Amenities:

Interior – The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, queen bedroom and full bathroom (all linens and towels provided). The living space is an open layout with high ceilings and a large fieldstone wood burning fireplace. There is a good sized sunroom equipped with a futon for extra sleeping. The upstairs loft has 2 queen beds and another full size bath.

AC and washer/dryer also provided.

Exterior - The private 160 acres include 2 spring fed lakes, great for swimming, fishing, hiking, etc. The swim raft, fishing boat, kayak and paddle boat are included.

Other exterior features include a fire pit, spacious decking, and and charcoal grill.

The Chalet is a perfect winter getaway with snowshoeing, cross-country skiing (on property and near VASA trails) and miles of snowmobile trails right outside the gate!

Really enjoyed our stay here! So peaceful and secluded. The chalet was very clean. It’s spacious and cozy. Loved the large windows facing the lake and the fireplace! The upstairs loft has 2 queen beds, a bathroom and some furniture which was perfect for my parents who came with us. Right on the snowmobile trail which is what we came for. The lake and property are absolutely beautiful and provided the relaxing vacation we were looking for. The home was quite away off the road and so quiet you could talk to the boys across the lake fishing from the dock! The road off the driveway was an ORV trail so it was perfect to leave the house and hit the ATV trails that surround the area! Will definitely be back.

Beautiful place to getaway

My husband and I spent the weekend here with our dogs in October. The fall colors around the lake were unparalleled. Kitchen was stocked, bed was comfy, plenty of room for the dogs to run. We walked through the forest to the other lake and watched bald eagles. Deer came to visit in the evening. Nice quiet and relaxing stay.
