Ground floor: kitchen/dining room, living room and 1 toilet with shower room. .Floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed of 140), 2 bedrooms (2 x 2 twin beds), bathroom and 1 WC. Electric heating. Court closed. Enclosed land of 273 m² available. Cleaning fee: €30. Sheets: €5. Charges: 8 kWh/day of electricity Free (meter reading on arrival and departure). The surplus must be paid to the owner: actual billing according to consumption (meter reading)
