Beware

The room was dirty, food wrappers and other trash under the bed from previous guests, tv remote did not work, only 2 thin towels for 3 guests, but didn’t matter, as there was no shower curtain anyway, so no one showered. One bed was “ok”, the other had huge dip in the center. Not comfortable, not clean.

Our room was in very poor condition: smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, power outlets were hanging outside the box, minimal power outlets, bathtub was gray with no finish on it (so bad we didn't use it), lamps were crooked, TV was extremely small, no clock or radio, air conditioner worked but was missing external parts. Overall the room wasn't worth half of what we paid for it.

Check The Beds First

I got ate up by bed bugs and the manager is a nice lady but the general manager only let them refund one day which I stayed 2 1/2 days and I paid cash and they refunded me on a card I just say bad ownership.

Worst hotel experience EVER!!!

We drove from Boise to Fernley on our way to San Francisco. Arrived at Super 8 at 1 am and checked in. Our room was filthy. It had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. Only the fitted sheet was on the bed and pillow cases with mascara stains. it was covered with grit and pubic hairs, the top sheet and blanket were folded at the bottom of the bed and appeared to have dirt and debris from the floor on them. The toilet had not been flushed and had pee in it. There was pee on the wall near the toilet, there was a used razor and a large bottle of personal shampoo in the shower. There were no clean towels. A young man from the front desk brought up sheets and pillow cases to change the bedding. He took one of the pillows, removed the pillow case, and then put the pillow on the top sheet right in the grit and pubic hair while he turned to get a clean pillow case from the desk. It was horrendously disgusting. We asked for a refund and left immediately. I took photos!

We DID NOT stay here. We made a reservation 3 months in advance, received a confirmation of our reservation the day before, and when we arrived to check in, they told us the reservation had been canceled. They offered no explanation as to why it was canceled, asked if I had canceled it ( I didn't), told me I hadn't paid for it (I had), and never once offered an apology. The town was sold out, so we had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a room in a town 30 miles in the opposite direction. Additionally, while we were there, trying to find a new room, another couple came in and were told their reservation had been canceled as well. DO NOT book this property.

Its a place to sleep. AC was full blast so nice when getting to the room. Cable/TV didn't work and show pull was broken so had a hard time getting shower to engage. But it was the cheapest option in Fernley and just needed a bed for the night

Our room looked dinge. The sheets were brown instead of white. The sink did not drain, Gross!! Coffee all over the wall by garbage can. The tub and shower were older so they dark and dingy. Beds and pillows were past time to be changed out. Not going back.

Bed sheets have stains dirty dirty dirty

The bed sheets are stained, not just a little but a lot. There is a lot of hair in the bathroom sink and in the shower tub, the towels are rough. And the floor had hair on it. I asked for another room and they said there was no other room. The office stinks. This will be the last time I use this hotel.

My room stunk terribly. The sheets did not look washed and had spots and debris. The pillows stunk. I have stayed there several times and each time seems to get worse. This last time settled it for me. Not again. I’m done.

The room was dirty. The door didnt close all of the way. Hole in.the bathroom door and unfinished ceiling repair. They offered a continental breakfast which was only two different cold cereals and toast. The property was filthy.
