We had a very long drive that went late into the night and needed a place to get some sleep so we could continue on our drive safely. I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Fallon. Due to traffic delays we did not get in until 5 am. When we entered the hotel lobby the staff did not greet us and acted put out that they had to help us check in. The woman at the front desk was very rude. She assumed that we were coming from burning man and acted like we were there to party. I am a business professional who often uses Holiday Inn Express for business trips. I just needed a place to rest for a few hours and was treated like I was not welcome. I will not be staying here again. I spent over $400 on 2 rooms for one night and would have expected to be treated like a customer. I am very dissatisfied in this experience.

We stay here when we visit family however I think this stay will be our last. The hot tub was broken. Ongoing construction which is SUPER messy. There was debris all over the hall, dust on the door and animal throw up!!!

Horrible Stay

This hotel is under construction. A heads up about the renovation would have been appreciated. We were woken up every morning by construction workers. The shower door would not stay closed during showering. The day we checked out personnel tried to enter our room while in the shower. We had the door not disturb sign on the door and it was not past check out time.
