Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and comfy, and the breakfast is very good. We traveled with our dog and the staff did a wonderful job welcoming him, which we really appreciated. Awesome location, too, close to everything!

Overall, a good experience. The location was great as far as being able to walk to all the places we needed to go. The staff was friendly and the river view was nice. The breakfast was okay. The spa was not available and the pillows were tiny squares. Our kids liked the cookies daily.

For the price of the rooms, I expected better. Bed mattresses old and very uncomfortable, same with furinture. Ownership needs to do better at this location. Staff was good and antentive.

Even if we pay for the beat room we were put in a downgrade room. When I went to ask for a new room the manager was very rude and cold and pretty much he sent me away.
