Our home has a split floor plan so the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house making the layout ideal for multiple guests or someone needing a home office. Master has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, with a modern en suite bath with a large shower and soaker tub. A full walk-in closet will be yours. The 2nd bedroom has king bed (or I can break it down to a twin or even two if you'd rather), and there is a twin in the third bedroom--and a desk, printer stand, and office chair. I will cover lawn maintenance, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and lightning-fast fiber-optic wifi internet. You will need to cover the gas/electricity at cost.

I will need an extra pet deposit if you are bringing fur-family. Our pet is a part of our hearts, and I don't want to have our home be "no pets." But this is our home (not just some rented house) and I hope you will treat it like your own! If you need to break up the deposits into monthly payments, we can make that work. The pet deposit is refundable, less $200 for carpet cleaning.
