Thank you for your review, your feedback, and your comments regarding your stay. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Desk clerk not helpful

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Desk staff was not up to my standards Bed and pillows were lumpy Toilet paper and tissues were rough Towels were course (either old or washed in hard water and dried without softener) Don't like to pay taxes to promote tourism Hot breakfast was good
