A wonderful, clean, seaside hotel. Although on the first night it was impossible to sleep because the bed made strange creaking and squeaking noises that echoed in our ears with every small movement, everything changed the next morning. Alessandra at the reception, along with the housekeeping staff, were so helpful and kind that they completely made us forget the sleepless night. The cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is lovely, and the hotel has truly amazing staff. It would just be great if the beds could be checked and improved a bit.

Very nice classic beach resort with an excellent and friendly staff. We enjoyed walking on the beach, which is right outside the door. Breakfasts were substantial and dinners were very good and reasonably priced.

This is a very strange hotel. It smells like a hospital (strong disinfectant smell) and rooms look like hospital rooms. Pictures are much nicer than the reality. The flush in our toilet did not work and we reported it to the receptionist in the morning, came back in the evening and they did not fix it. It doesn't have any sound proofing, you can hear people walking in the hallway, talking outside and the trains passing by. Breakfast was good.

Quaint yet modern seaside hotel, spotless, over-the-top statuary decor add charm. Across the street from a lovely beach. Very good food, outstanding breakfast. Slight problem turning on the AC was handled promptly and efficiently by two staff members. Came during quiet shoulder season. Probably busier with more amenities in high season.

Lovely hotel on the sea front. All staff I encountered were friendly and professional, absolutely charming. The bed was especially comfortable, great mattress and pillow. Excellent breakfast, will definitely stay again.Wi-Fi a bit weak but that’s what 4 is for!

I am not one to write good or bad reviews unless something outstanding… this stay was just, strange. The location is beautiful, the building beautiful, the bed comfortable. I loved that part of it. Maybe they’re in the process of changing management. That is the only thing I can think to explain my strange experience. Some parts of the service were unorganized. It’s ok, things happen. The massage was the strangest I’ve ever had. If you book one, be prepared to be very exposed. Unfortunately I could not relax the entire time.

Great seaside Hotel with best seafood nearby

Great room, view & service. All round great place to stay. The restaurant they recommended, " La Batana" (just a few hundred meters down the road) dished up the best seafood dinner we had in the whole 6 weeks of travelling around Italy.

Good, basic hotel in a great location on the Adriatic Sea. Hotel staff were very helpful. Very good breakfast. Not a fancy hotel but otherwise a good place to stay for a short term.

Avoid!!!

Originally booked a standard quadruple room as it was cheaper than a double, when we checked in the receptionist asked if we minded swapping for a double, no problem. When we got our room it was tiny, not too fussed about that but the bed was rubbish, every time we turned over it sounded like it was collapsing, springs would just randomly ping. The bed is against the wall facing the corridor which is tiled floor, so is very loud when anybody walks by. The roof terrace was locked until 6 pm, went back up there later and still locked, so never got to use it. Breakfast was also very limited, unless you like cake. Enquired about the spa, to be told we could use it for 2 hours at a cost of €20 each! Bathroom was also very tiny. Probably the worst hotel on this holiday, would definitely not recommend to anyone who wants a good nights sleep.

It was not made clear during booking that use of the hot tub was an extra 20 euros per person. We had expected it to be free, but the sauna and massage to cost extra. All in all a disappointing experience. The breakfast was nice.

Nice beach hotel in the beautiful Marche region

Nice place overall but it's important to note rooftop hot tub/bar area are closed until after May. Also, WiFi is very inconsistent and slow. It's not the fault of the hotel. Rather, the area is not wired for internet. The front desk and staff are terrific and the Marche area is beautiful. We would definitely stay again noting these few items.

Stopover by the sea

We used the hotel for an overnight stop as it was very easily accessible from the motorway. We were given a room at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious but the night’s sleep was interrupted by at least four trains passing on the rail lines outside this part of the hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was ok though coffee was prepared fresh. The location is just in front of the beach and would certainly be more appreciated in the warmer months. The building is very welcoming and bright. We would stay again but only if it were a room at the front.
