"Great place to view Niagara Falls. We were on the 16th floor and had a great view of the Falls (Horseshoe and American) along with nightly views of the fireworks from our room. It is very walkable to attractions and restaurants and entertainment."

"We stayed at this hotel because it was $200 less a night than next-door. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and recently updated. The offsite parking was convenient with the shuttle. Definitely will stay here again."

"The room was clean. The staff was helpful, especially Stevie. The guy who works in the parking lot. He was knowledgeable, recommended some really good restaurants, and gave me clear instructions on how to walk down to the falls. Breakfast at IHOP was extremely expensive, even with the $15 coupon that the hotel provides, US$65 for one omelet and a senior plate, 2 cups of coffee😳 Beware that parking has a valet which they call on deck parking. The adjacent parking lot is a bit of a walk. Be sure and tell them if you’re handicap you can get the on deck parking if you have the sticker for much less valet starts at $100 Canadian"

"There seemed to be an over-abundant amount of security with some floors even having security guards but it didn’t help. I phoned the front desk multiple times when someone chose to knock on multiple doors on the 18th floor every 30 minutes throughout the night. Security doing their rounds didn’t seem to help. This happened for almost 3 hours. I received an apology from staff - that is it. The next day, there was screaming in the hall while I was in a business meeting. It was reported it to the staff & again just an apology and another excuse. Do not stay here. It is definitely not worth the cost. Completely unacceptable conditions & response by the staff."
