Great Property- convenient access, beautiful views, perfect for any time of the year!
First, Tina and her team are very good hosts. They were available and communicated exceptionally before, during, and after our stay. As someone who is very familiar with the workings of the High Rockies short term rental industry, their ability to respond quickly and efficiently was a huge benefit. I also recognized the fact that their cleaning was exceptional. Hats off to her and her cleaners for that! The short drive to access 285 from the house made our commuting to/from BV (35 min) and Breck (20-30 min) very convenient. Even in the winter, this wouldn’t be a terrible ordeal for anyone with 4 wheel drive and minimal driving expertise. I lived in the area for years, but was amazed at the abundance of new and fantastic places that have popped up in FairPlay over the past 2 or so years I’ve been away. The food truck lot and Ollie’s are less than a mile from the property and offer a plethora of options for quick and easy food. Millonzis is always a favorite for incredible Italian but it does seem to be experiencing some troubles and its hours are very limited. The new stores around Prather’s Grocery (also about 1 mile or less from the house) are great for little local shopping options off Front street. As always, front/Main Street FairPlay is a blast!
I would recommend this property to anyone with kids or just adults. Whether couples or family the house offers great privacy for people when needed and large common spaces that everyone can be together in! Give it a try!!
