"We had the most amazing time and we are so glad we got the Patronas Towers view room. Absolutely stunning views. The area is awesome ...hotel staff super helpful booking taxis for our day trips...pool on the 33rd floor is awesome...turns into a bar/club at night but I was with my son so we didn't check that out. When we go back to KL we will be staying at Traders once again. "

"Great location with appropriately 5-10 minutes walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion shopping mall. Nice large room with very comfortable bed and has everything you need in the kitchen. "

"I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Mandarin Oriental KL. I was traveling with my very chatty 8-year-old son and every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. They made both of us feel completely at home and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable, right next to Suria KLCC and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The view from our room was stunning, especially at night when the towers lit up. The food was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very family-friendly. Thank you so much to everyone at the Mandarin Oriental for making this trip so special. You created a beautiful memory for my son and me. "Lovely hotel. Lots of clear communication before checkin and how to find them, where to park etc..very straightforward to get there. Checkin ahead of time meant very quick at the desk. Very efficient and friendly. Loved the peace and quiet of this hotel despite its location. Room very sound proof. Bed very comfortable. Good sized shower - lots of hot water . Turn down service with incense and aromatherapy was lovely. Swimming pool really only good for 2 people if doing lengths but great having the outside view while swimming. Breakfast was a huge spread but nothing wow! Adequate and mediocre. A little awkward when busy with inadequate space to get around . "

"Hotel was well situated in Bukit Bintan area near shopping and restaurants. Able to walk to nearby shopping Centers and the night eating areas. Hotel was fantastic with a great bar for winding down in the evening and the facilities were well maintained."
