nice staff and breakfast. It's a converted office building so rooms are small and have a lot of height transitions to the floor and the layout is a bit odd. Otherwise a nice modern and comfortable hotel. We don't recommend walking near the hotel - many motorbikes share the sidewalks with pedestrians.

Great location. Near the fun parts of Bukit Bintang but still far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Also near KL Tower. It is also a good place to be fetched by car or bus because it has a big area in front of it. Free breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Not very big but functional.

The hotel was overall good. There were some slight issues (see below) that were rectified: 1) There was an issue and miscommunication were our room was not cleaned by housekeeping the first two days. However, this was rectified by providing us with a free meal voucher. 2) One of the rooms adjacent to ours had individuals who smoked. The smell went into our room. They rectified the situation by confronting the party and spraying our room. Otherwise the breakfast was ok. Room was cleaned satisfactorily. Hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Holiday Inn Express KL CC was a in decent location in Kuala Lumpur. It was very central (i.e. within 15-20 min walk) of a lot of attractions. The rooms were cheap and clean and they were cleaned everyday if you wanted. There was a gym, laundry and business services for your use. There was a breakfast buffet from 6:30am to 10:30am every day with an assortment of Asian and western breakfast items. The staff were friendly and attentive. Getting to the hotel was fairly simple, once you got to KL Sentral from the airport. The Raja Chulan (MR7) stop was closeby. As for ammeneties nearby, lots of restaurants, malls and street market food. You're walking distance from Petronas towers, Graphitti Alley, Jin Alor street food district, and Bukit Bintang.

Location is great - 10 mins from a metro station and the monorail even closer. Lots of restaurants a few minutes away. Staff are really welcoming. Breakfast is busy, but there's a wide variety of food and staff are super-efficient clearing tables and replacing dishes. There's no outdoor space, but a pleasant lounge which also has computer access for guests.
