Everything was v gd, Conceirge was particularly helpful (kudos to Marsey) . Only first 2 days where I left in morning, back after lunch but room not cleaned. This was resolved subsequently when I called to ask to clean room everyday just before I leave room.

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Following through an air-conditioned walkway for 6-7 minutes will bring you to the Pavilion shopping centre. The hotel extraordinarily convenient in terms of dining & shopping. The interior room is spacious, clean, nicely furnished with comfortable bed linings, we had good night’s sleep. The toiletries for shampoo, conditioner & body cream are from the French brand Balmain, refreshing scent which I like it very much. Aside, the room is equipped with Iron board & Iron which is very convenient, this is my first encounter for hotel stays. In addition, there are abundant breakfast selections, a great fusion of Asian & Western tastes, accommodating to the needs of guests from different backgrounds, excellent! Last not least, the most unforgettable moments were the warm services from the Concierge & all hotel staffs who were extremely polite, friendly and amicable, I genuinely felt like home throughout the stay. I will definitely return to Grand Hyatt had I have the chance to revisit Kuala Lumpur!
