First time in KL
JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur was a lovely hotel, our room was very comfortable and we were offered a free upgrade, which was unexpected but much appreciated. We enjoyed our short stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. Location of the hotel, is also wonderful. Breakfast buffet was substantial. We enjoyed one dinner in the hotel - it was during Ramadan and the buffet meal only catered for this religious group. We enjoyed the meal for this one night, as we had not tried this cuisine before. However, we found out through other guests, that during our stay the buffet dinners at this particular restaurant was the same each night. Had we stayed longer or had dinner been included in our package, it would have been very disappointing that there was no other cuisine on offer for dinner. We feel that you are not catering for all guests by having one cuisine on offer at your prestigious hotel.

This was a fantastic hotel-not only was it very comfortable with a great range to choose from at breakfast with efficient and pleasant staff but the street it is situated in has every high end shop you can imagine plus also across the road is the Pavilion Shopping complex which was like a small city with everything you could want from socks at Muji to shoes at Sketchers and every kind of food you feel like! GREAT LOCATION
Upgraded to an executive room. Spacious and the view was great, facing Kuala Lumpur shopping precinct. The bed was super comfy. Location is very convenient as it is directly opposite The Pavilion Shopping Mall and other malls. Would definitely stay again
